Community Partnerships

When I teach LMC 3415: Content Strategy at Georgia Tech, I partner with organizations that are looking to improve their websites, social media, eNewsletters, presentations, and more. I pair teams of 3-4 undergraduate students to conduct research, build strategy, and write and design content over the course of 8-10 weeks.

How to Apply

If you are interested in a team of students working with your organization, please complete this form. If you have questions, send me an email at allegra [at] gatech [dot] edu.

I will not be teaching Content Strategy in Fall 2026; the next semester that the class will be offered is Spring 2027 (with community projects beginning around February 15, 2027 and running until April 30, 2027). If you would like your organization to be considered for Spring 2027, please fill out the form linked above. If you have time-sensitive needs that would be better addressed in the Fall 2026 semester, please reach out to Georgia Tech’s Office of Community-Based Learning, whose team members can meet with you to discuss partnerships with other Georgia Tech faculty, courses, and student organizations.

How Projects are Selected

All projects will be considered; priority will be given to 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations or social/cultural enterprises that are local to the Atlanta area. I select projects based on feasibility given the 8-to-10-week project lifecycle, content of the LMC 3415 class, and skills of the enrolled students in a given semester.
